WHAT WE BELIEVE
WE BELIEVE that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, written by holy men of old as they were moved by the Holy Ghost (II Peter 1:20-21).
WE BELIEVE in one God who is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent. We believe that He was revealed once as Jesus Christ called Son and the Word. We believe that Jesus is the Holy Spirit that gives Grace that will never leave those who trust in Him (I Cor. 8:6; Eph. 4:6; II Cor. 5:19; Rom. 8:8; Joel 2:28).
WE BELIEVE that in Jesus dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; for it pleased the Father that in Him should all the fullness of the Godhead dwell (Colossians 2:9, 1:19).
WE BELIEVE in the Virgin Birth. Jesus is the beginning of the creation of God, the first born of every creature; he is the embodiment of the unseen God, both in Heaven and on Earth. He was God manifested in flesh (Matt. 1:23; I Tim. 3:16; Col. 1:15, Rev. 3:14).
WE BELIEVE in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. We believe that He ascended on high and is the Holy Ghost, which was poured out at Jerusalem over 1900 years ago, and is this same Spirit that fills the hearts of those who diligently seek him today (Acts 2:14).
WE BELIEVE in baptism in water by immersion in The Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and in the baptism of the Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This constitutes the new birth (Acts 2:4).
WE BELIEVE in living a holy and sanctified life. We believe that one day there will be a glorious catching away (The Rapture) of the saints when Jesus returns in the clouds, in Glory, to take His people. (Heb. 12:14, I Pet. 1:15-16, James 5:14-15; I Thess. 4:14-17; Rev. 7: 9-17)
WE BELIEVE that JESUS is the only saving NAME and whatsoever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of JESUS (Acts 4:12).

Here, having church is not a spectator event – it’s an opportunity to gather with those of like-minded faith to worship the Living God! When you come to worship, expect to clap your hands, sing out loud and make a joyful noise unto the Lord as the scripture commands (Psalm 95: 1, 98: 4-6, 100:1). When you come to study the Word at Wisdom & Life, come ready with paper and pencil in hand as we dive deep into the Word, leaving superficial meaning behind. You will hear profound preaching that can change your life; and, if you come expecting, you WILL receive a touch from the Lord in the house where… The Hand of God Touches Man.
