Camp Pure Joy Registration Form

To register your child for Camp Pure Joy, please complete the registration form below. To render payment, please send an e-transfer to Montreal@wisdomandlifeapostolic.org, listing your child(ren)'s name(s) on the 'Message' line. Payment for each week of camp must be made by the first day of the camp week. All payments are non-refundable.

Cost for early drop-off and late pick-up are not included in the weekly camp fee. Cost is $8.50 per session (AM or PM) per day or $10 per day for both sessions.

Camp Pure Joy has implemented sanitary and security measures as indicated by the health authorities regarding COVID-19. That said, no camp can eliminate all risks. Parents have the responsibility to evaluate their child’s medical and physical condition and risks in signing up for camp programs, activities and events. Participants and parents assume the risks and responsibilities arising therefrom.

Participants and parents must abide by all sanitary and security measures, failing which they may be expelled from camp programs, activities and events.

All parents will be required to sign a waiver form before their child is admitted to camp.
