Dr. Colin Cawley
Dr. Colin Cawley was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica W.I. He came to know the Lord at an early age; since then, he has had an insatiable desire to study the Word of God.
Academically, he holds a degree in Credit Management and Administration, as well as a doctorate in Theology. Spiritually, he possesses an anointing that allows him to speak with clarity and precision directly from God to the Church. Over ten years ago, he left the accounting field to answer the call to full-time ministry – a call with a highly sacrificial price.
Dr. Cawley presently serves as Dean of the Mount Zion Apostolic Bible College. In this capacity, he travels extensively to attend to the administrative duties of the college, which now has campuses internationally. Despite this great responsibility, Dr. Cawley readily admits that his passion is teaching. A humble man of God, he has made it his personal goal to make each of his students a better preacher or teacher than himself.
He has been married to the lovely Norma, his wife and friend, for over thirty years. She has been a devoted mother and has worked side-by-side with her husband in ministry. Together, they have three children: twin sons, Jerome and Dwayne; and a daughter, Cheryl.

Bishop Aggrey Scott
Bishop Aggrey Scott has been serving the Lord Jesus for over 25 years. He is the husband and partner of Sis. Stacey-Anne Scott, and the father of three beautiful children. In his pursuit of deeper relationship with and service to God, he has been privileged to serve as Sunday School Teacher, Youth President and Counselor, Brotherhood President and Bible Class Instructor, among other assignments.
Bishop Scott has lectured at the L. J. Barnes Theological Institute in Brooklyn, NY for over five years. The Ministry of God’s word, both preaching and teaching, has taken him as far as Africa, Belgium, Canada, The United Kingdom, Italy, the islands of the Caribbean and the United States.
Serving God with humility and knowledge propels Bishop Scott to dig deep and push unrelentingly toward perfection. It is Bishop Scott’s unwavering conviction that as joint heirs with Christ, and especially as young people, we must strive for perfection in all spiritual graces, striving against the various winds of adversity and the torrent of sin in this world. Victory is inevitable for those who trust in God.
